Sacramento United Alumni Round-Up

Sacramento United Alumni talent continues after they have `aged-out` their playing days with our club. Though we miss all of them, we wish them continued success on and off the pitch. Catch up with:

Alex Ramirez – Consumnes River College Hawks, Sacramento, Sophomore.

Aubrey Mapes – University of California, Santa Cruz, Freshman. Played in six games and scored one goal for the Slugs.

Caitlin Crooks – University of California, Berkley, Freshman. Playing on club team for Cal Bears.

Camile Cholger – University of San Francisco, Dons, Freshman (Redshirt). Started first three games of season and scored a goal before season ending ACL rupture.

Cassie Rodriguez – South Carolina State University, Orangeburg, SC, Freshman. Played in 15 games and scored 5 goals for the Bulldogs.

Elise Delgado - Lewis and Clark College, Portland OR, Freshman. Started and played every game in goal for the Pioneers. Named Northwest Conference defensive player of the week in September. 

Erica Havey – University of Portland, Sophomore. Playing on club team.

Felicia Perez – Evergreen College, San Jose. Head womens soccer coach.

Janneke Lang – University of California, Santa Cruz, Junior. Goalkeeper started 4 games and played in 9 for the Fighting Banana Slugs.

Jason Singh – Fijian National Team. Recently attended several tryouts for professional teams in India and Fiji.

Jocelyn Puga – a former member of the 89 Storm who will also be playing for the Sac. United U20 Women's team this summer , along with entering her 4th and final year as a member of the Sonoma State Womens Soccer team this Sept. With a full load in her major of Urban/City Planning , along with Spanish , Jocelyn , has again made the CCAA academic team along with the Sonoma State Deans list. This past season she has also qualified as NCAA All Academic.

Maddison McEvilly – Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Freshman. Playing on club team for the Mustangs.

Margot McLaughlin- Schreiner University, Kerrville, TX-Junior

Nicole Rivera - Consumnes River College Hawks, Sacramento, Sophomore.

Nydia Ramos – Consumnes River College, Hawks, Sacramento, Sophomore. Scored 7 goals and 19 points on the season. First Team All Big 8 Conference Award.

Rachel Uda – University of California San Diego, Freshman (Redshirt)

Savannah Abercrombie – Sacramento State University, Hornets, Sophomore. Starting goalkeeper, played every game. Two time defensive player of the week in Big Sky Conference, and named to All Big Sky Honor for the season.

Tara Larson – Saint Mary’s College, Moraga. Senior starter goalie for the Gaels. Seven years playing for Sac United.

Tiffany Martin – American River College, Beavers, Sacramento, Sophomore.

Vicky Ramirez – Sacramento State University, Hornets, Sophomore (redshirt).

Sac United coaching staff that played for Sacramento United in their playing days: David Rubio, Jason Drury, Trey Stoddard, Gina Ramirez, Jeff Neuner and Jake Neuner.
